Our movement to end gun violence just got loud — and hundreds of millions heard you.

For one day, social networks, TV channels, halls of government, and main streets across America echoed with our call for a future free from gun violence.

We turned America orange.

National Gun Violence Awareness Day

Yesterday, we showed millions of people just how powerful the movement to end gun violence is. #WearOrange trended online nationwide yesterday, with more than 200,000 people posting about National Gun Violence Awareness Day on social media. Offline, supporters like you wore orange and hosted more than 200 meet-ups in 47 states.

More than 125 skylines and iconic landmarks lit up with orange from coast to coast.
